I want to know what will be the status of my visa I I can provide only experience certificate as an evidence for employment?
Will I get refused for visa or it may pass ?
If some one applied with only experience certificate kindly tell me what's happened?

No way of knowing, the CO can ask for more evidence if they want to.

Can't he such simply call the company and confirm with them any details ?

Look at it from the CO's perspective.. s/he may have 50-100-200 (no idea) cases at any one time. If everyone didn't have payslips and you had to call 2x number of applicants former businesses, would you do that?

Also, how would the CO know if the number you provided is a legit number and not your friend pretending to be your former employer?

Plus time zone differences/language barriers.. I can think of a multitude of reasons why that wouldn't pan out.

Why can't you provide proof of pay? If you really don't think you can support your application, you are probably better off not claiming work experience.
