Hi, I have a friend who lived in Australia for 3 yrs on a Refugee visa and now is back to his home land ....I want to know if he will ever be able to go back to Australia on a student visa with a Refugee status on his pasport. Will that status affect him, if yes, how ?
Can any one help me with this please!!!!!

It depends on precisely what you mean by 'refugee visa'. If it was a bridging visa granted on the basis of a refugee application that was later refused, for example, then he will likely find it very difficult to get any future Australian visa.
There are a number of other types of temporary refugee visas. And there is a permanent refugee visa - if he abandoned PR in Australia, he was not being very smart.
You need to be a lot more precise in what you are asking.
