Default Visa Options for 23yo Son

I moved to AU 13 years ago but my children stayed back in the UK with their mother to go through school and Uni.

I have citizenship and have had for may years years now.

My son graduated in the UK this year with his Masters in Engineering and he would now like to move out to Australia for work.

He is 23 and I have looked online but the family visa / sponsored options appears to be limited as he isn't in full time education.

Would anyone have any ideas on possible options?
Thanks in advance.

If he's got a master's degree in engineering he would likely qualify for a skilled visa. Or at age 23 he could get a working holiday visa and come over for a year ortwo and see if he actually likes it here before he applies for a permanent visa. Either way, he's too old to be sponsored and he's not dependent on you now.
