i applied for austrlian immigration visa 475 which is regional sponsor visa last year oct2008.its nearly year now but just attacted my sponsorship form last week with supporting documnets .
1) what is mormal processing time for subclass 475.
2) do i need to provide medical before case officer will be allocated to application or case officer will be allocated after sponsorship form is attached with on line application.

Nobody knows how long it will take for your visa application to be decided. You can do your medical and police checks before they are requested or after, it's up to you.

I lodged my application last October also and according to all available info if sponsored by the state then it is category no. 2 so a high priority. But it is a long, slow wait if sponsored by a relative (as I am) and, simply, of the five categories for GSM applications we are at best no.5. All official advice is to wait to be asked for the police and medical stuff as they have a best before date I understand. Good luck!!

i have enquiry regarding sponsorship form. my sponsor who is my brother filled sponsorship form .
there is question no#1 : how many people you are sponsoring .
he filled in answer 01( because i am main applicant) and my husband is dependent.

my question is ,is it supposed to be 1 or 2?
