July 2021 Visa Application Charge Increases
For the majority of visas: the VACs are increased from their 2020-21 baseline by the 2021-22 forecast CPI, then rounded to the nearest $5.
For example for the Primary applicant:

• Skilled PR (189, 190, 491, 186, 494) from $4,045 to $4,115
• Global Talent $4,110 to $4,180
• Partner $7,715 to $7,850
• Parent (143/864) (1st instalment) $4,155 to $4,225
• 482 (ST) $1,265 to $1,290
• 482 (MT) $2,645 to $2,690
• Temp Graduate $1,650 to $1,680

Also VACs for most Business Visa are to increase by 11.345% (coinciding with the closure of 3 streams of the Business visas)
