which visa am I eligible for?

My student visa was issued 2005 and is valid till 2011. I had changed my course in 2006 and had completed my adanced diploma in 2008. I have applied for my Graduate Visa and currently I am employed full time. My passport still has the student visa, and if I contact immi to change my visa status which visa am I eligible for?

If you are 'out of session' i.e during holidays or if you have finished your course and are waiting for a PR visa or temp visa (like the graduate visa) you can work full-time.
Once the graduate visa is granted and you have the required points for a visa application (885 or 887 - I think) you can apply for a PR visa. Go to www.immi.gov.au and use the Visa Wizard.
