That's great news Hilary. At what point are you planning to send for your police checks and meds?

Our application landed in Adelaide yesterday, so just wondering whether to front load or not. We're planning to go in Aug/Sept 06 like yourself.

Hi,
We're just going to wait for them to be requested because we dont want to have to validate to soon.
My hubby is being made redundant at the end of July so we're not in any hurry. Never thought we'd be delighted at the prospect of redundancy

Where are you planning to go?

No idea really as we've never been and don't plan to visit until we go for good. The plan is fly to a big city - possibly Brisbane, buy a motor home and then just travel around for 4 months and settle somewhere in time for our eldest daughter to start school in February. Quite exciting really.
