hi

currntle in Aus and have friends wishing to emigrate -
42 years - no enough points for skilled - admin
partner 35-driving instructor - not on list for skilled

what are the other visas applicable do you think??

any help appreciated

Not looking good for a skilled visa presently ... maybe a student visa pathway leading to permanent residency after two years of suitable studying in Australia, but could be expensive ...

what a bout a business visa??

prior to being a driving instructor he was a manager of a new zealand based firm but hasnt been doing that for 12 months - but when he did do it he did it for 4 years - if he fell under a skilled catergory does it matter he isnt doign the job now?
