Victoria 190 Visa or Provisional visa 491

Victoria 190 Visa or Provisional visa 491
Hi Guyz,
i am middle of my assessment process with ACS. Before i can finish my assessment, i want to ask something about Victoria visa 190 and provisional visa 491 for Queensland.
my old assessment that is positive for ACS in occupation Computer network and system Engineer(263111)
my new launched assessment from ACS that is in process right now is in ICT Systems Test Engineer(263213)
Victoria 190 visa = my total points 75(including 5 points for state sponsor points)
Queensland 491 visa= my total points 85 (including state sponsor points)
My question is, how long need to wait for invitation for Victoria 190? or it will be fast.
Is provisional visa 491 will be process fast?
