Vetassess Outcome & conflict with the authorized agent
I applied for a vetassess skills assessment through a immigration agent. My agent is now asking for additional money that I never committed to him. He is not sharing the outcome letter of the assessment. How can I get my assessment letter directly from vetassess? Thanks in advance.

If your agent is a Registered Migration Agent, this is a breach of the code of conduct and you should contact OMARA to make a complaint. If your 'agent' is an Australian legal professional, then they are permitted to do this if it is a genuine debt. If your 'agent' is neither, then your options for redress are limited. You could try asking VETASSESS to assist by explaining the situation, but I don't know how successful that would be.

My agent is not registered MARA agent nor a legal practitioner. How about if I remove him as authorized agent for the purpose of skills assessment with vetassess, by submitting agent authorization form as provided on vetassess website. After that I can request of outcome letter to be sent to me directly.
