Default urgent, TRA

Hi,

I want to apply as a hairdresser under subclass 136. I sent my work experience in Feb 2007 to TRA for assessing; but the outcome was unsuccessful, they notified : " there was not enough detail in the evidence you provided.".
And also apparently they put me in "D" part ( skill level transition with 6/7 years) and training documents & work experience documents as documentary evidence's column.
I am wonder is this the same pathway D which has been removed?
Now I prepared my work experience in fully detail. Since my case belongs to before changing the rules, is there any possibility to be accepted it?

Thanks,

Hi,

No, sadly that's the problem now faced by all applicants. TRA has agreed to assess review applications lodged within the review period under Pathway D but that's the full extent of their generosity.

If you can get an employer sponsorship, go that way. Or choose another country. There have been rumours that Pathway D will return, however I don't regard those as justified at the moment.

Cheers,

Thanks,
Sure. You find an employer in Australia who is willing to sponsor you for a visa. You will have to work for that employer for the period of the visa if you are sponsored on a temp. or if you are lucky enough to be sponsored for RSMS you will be granted a permanent visa.
