Urgent help required for Form 80
 

One of my friend got e-mail from DIAC, in which DIAC required information for the below mention question.





Question 35 - You have indicated two visa refusals for the United States
in 1995 and 1988. DIAC requires full details and the reasons for both refusals.

in Pakistan when USA embassy refuse any visa they dont provide any formal visa refusal letter. Now what should he do???

in pakistan UK embassy provide formal visa refusal letter, what should he do if they dont have this letter?

What type of visa's were rejected ?

I too got refused for a visit visa two times by UK embessy. Will that affect ?
