URGENT HELP
Hi guys. We have our xrays booked today and i just want to check i have downloaded the right form. We are on 457 visas and i have downloaded form 160?
Also i assume we print two copies - one for me and one for my partner

Looks like its the right one - if you can't access the 160EH from your online app, you can use the 160 - we had to for 2 of ours.
