TSS Transition to PR - 3 years multiple employer

Hi, I am 43 years old doctor and will apply for TSS visa.

In route to PR under Temporary Residence Transition stream (visa 186) do I need to work with the same employer for 3 years? Is there any exemption here for working with mutiple employer in case if need to change job.
