Not sure if anyone will know the answers on this but i have a friend who is a nursery nurse and has up to NVQ grade 3. I have done a search but not had much luck.
The occupation does come up on the list as NurseryPerson but i can`t find any criteria for it.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi FC,
If your friend is working as a child care centre administrator or early
childhood teacher it may be worthwhile looking at the skilled occupation
list, as an NVQ may earn her a 40 point occupation. Perhaps she can find an
education option here?
Cheers

I hope I've attributed the comment correctly, but I can't understand why
the husband is reluctant to use his skills?

Perhaps the husband doesn't want to go through the hassle of an RPL? I'm just hazarding a guess here, of course.

While we must recognize the risks (I'm not suggesting any particular one), we also musn't be paralyzed into indecision or inactivity.
