Default Transaction Ref

Hi

We filled in online application on Friday, got as far as filling in Credit card details and clicked on ' submit'

Then we were cut off so don't know whether its been received. How long should we wait ( days? ) before submitting payment again? Even if the government took out 2 payments by accident, surely they would refund asap???

I am beginning to see why many go the Paper based way! We had a few problems and not even uploaded anything!

Thanks

Hi Ozbaz
I got a confirmation email (actually i got 2 which made me think i'd actually paid twice) within a few hours of paying. I'd call your credit card company and ask them. Luckily my c/card company called within seconds of me making the payment to make sure it wasn't a dodgy payment so i knew mine had gone thru ok.

I reckon over time you will realise the benefits of the online system.

There will be a couple of technical blips along the way but will be worth it in the end!
