hello,
How difficult is the TRA assessment to do yourself.
Hubby is a chef, got AQFIII in austalian cooking. Had an assessor come over and assess skilss.
got loads of evidence ie reviews etc, only one cert from Cooking college but no other cooking school info, will this cause an issue???
Please advise
