Hi,

It means that your agent is asking whether or not he had indentures from a recognised training body.

For example in Merseyside where I am from, our apprenticeships were under the NWTC, which stands for North West Training Council.

If he did serve a recognised apprenticeship, he will not only have all his City & Guilds qualifications, but also his completed training log books which he would have filled in every month for his training officer to look at.

At the end of his apprenticeship, he would have been signed off from the relevant training body.

Its an easy question really, if he did do his apprenticeship this way, then he would know straight away if he had all of his documentation.

Good Luck with the application
