TR-Help - Nursing Student in NSW
Hi ,
My sister is studying in Australia under student visa, she has a sri Lankan passport, she will be completing her degree in Nursing in this September 2022 , she will receive her Degree certificate in December 2022 her student visa will expire in March 2022 and she is planning to return to Sri Lanka for her marriage in 2023 January, returning February 2023 She is planning to apply for a TR, in December 2022 before she travels back to Sri Lanka for her wedding but its highly unlikely that she will receive it prior her travel in January 2023. Question is will she have an impact on immigration when she travels back to Australia after her wedding.? since she has completed her studies already in Australia and her TR is pending , not approved Thanks M |
