Default tourist visa (676) Vs spouse visa???

Can someone give me some advice please. I have a friend in Australia.
We have met on the internet 2,5 years ago. Last year i have been there for a holiday for 3 weeks. Next year i want to go there. But if i apply for a spouse visa they need a lot of evidence, and we only had this holiday for 3 weeks and contact on msn/email. So i guess very hard to prove we have a real relationship. I thought this tourist visa would be handy. We can live together for 1 year and then apply for a spouse visa when i am back home.
But it seems when you are honest you will get no tourist visa hey :S
Please help me out.

If your intention is to visit as a tourist, and return home afterwards, then go for a tourist visa.
As it stands at present the only spouse visa you are eligible for anyway is a Prospective Marriage Visa - this gives you permission to enter Australia and marry your partner, and this must be done within nine months. You aren't eligible for a spouse visa as you aren't married, nor fo a de facto as you haven't lived together for 12 months. So unless you are willing to commit to getting married you will need a tourist visa.
