Just starting on the long road to visa for Oz, and was wondering of someone could list standard events and approximate timescales between them i.e. I know of some events that occur so far such as Pre-grant letter (Although not sure what it is), Application, Medical, Police check, application letter recieved, card charged etc etc etc etc

And also what are these stages ?

I have checked the www.austimeline.com/ site but still unsure about what the different stages are
