Don't worry, I am at the same situation. Ack Set/2006, medicals and PCC sent after requested by CO in 03/2007 and process under "intergrity processing check".
Diac is facing huge delays regard backlog of more than 100.000 cases. Time scale is between 12-18 months, your case might be resolved soon.

I was little bit worried with this delay,
Are working in australia?Did u applied in india or at Australia.
I think you dont mind asking this
