Just a quick note to say thanks for the advice.
ps. has anyone else had 'Immigration Agents' trying to charge them more for there
services than the cost of the application itself. We did they wanted £650, for
there services on top of the £400+ for the application.

We Paid over £675 and have been very happy with the service we have got from our agents. We are constantly in touch with them so we didnt begrudge paying it as they did nearly everything for us so it took alot of worry off our minds. Also £ 600 odd isnt bad we were first quoted nearly £2000 by one agent so yours doesnt sound bad at all

Phil&Liz,
The '£400+ for the application' is purely the adminstrative costs of DIMA processing
the application, whereas Agency costs are related to the amount of work they have to
do to prepare your application. You shouldn't think that the agency costs must be
related to these costs, they are entirely separate. Do you think that if DIMA only
charged 10$ to process applications, then migration agency costs should somehow be
linked to that figure ?
