Default Thames Valley Police Check Form

Hi all,

Anyone able to proffer any advice on getting police checks done via the TVP? I'd like to download a form off their website, but am not entirely sure what i'm looking for (i found this, but not sure if it's the one...http://www.thamesvalley.police.uk/ne...apro/index.htm, something about Data subject access requests).

TIA,

Urno.

Hello

That's the one - well, it's the one that we used! You need to tick the box on Page 1, Section 5. We've just sent ours off.

I picked up the same form from the Police Station in Aylesbury when we were over at Christmas. It is a bit of a pain that you have to send it off with official documents (Royal Mail seem to lose them a lot). When we got our original PCC (from Met Police) it was just a case of going to Twickenham Nick and giving them the form, money and showing some ID.

They took the full time stated (40 days) to process ours and send it back too.
