Territory Sponsored visa processing time:475 vs 176

Dear all,
According to the priority processing all visa application with sucessful sponsorships will get a CO within 10 working days. Is this true for both applications or only for 176? Which visa is processing faster 176 or 475? How many working working days it will take to get a CO for 475? I am bit confused.

It is very possible that nobody knows. It is impossible for anyone to say when you might expect to have a case officer assigned or a visa decision made.
