Hi
Okay , getting desperate now , how long does it take to get a temp
work visa issued , obviously providing you have an employer that wants
to employ you???
What steps need to be taken??
Thanks
Jenny

Firstly the employer needs to be approved to sponsor you if necessary,
then the employer sponsors and finally you need to apply for the visa.
Forms 1066, 1067 and 1068 are necessary.
Most employers hire a migration agent to do the work for them. the
process can be quite fast (ie a few weeks) if done properly.
