Default Teacher of the Deaf getting skills assessed

I'm a teacher of hearing impaired children and wanting any advice or ideas from people in the same or similar job who've made the move down under.

My first hurdle is trying to get my skills assessed. They are asking for "An official signed and dated document from the university that awarded the qualification detailing the supervised teaching practice completed by the applicant". I just got an academic transcript stating I had completed an assessed teaching practice with a pass mark. Is this sufficient or do I need t speak to the university and see if they will help me get one?

Looking forward to any replies.

thanks
