Default syllabus translation for CPA

I intend to apply to CPA for assessment. I searched their site (http://www.cpaaustralia.com.au), completed the PASA (

You must provide the following documentation with your
application for assessment. Documents will not be returned
to you or transferred to divisional membership offices.
1. ACADEMIC AWARD
A certified true copy of the original degree which clearly
indicates the title of the award, name of the institution, the
year the degree was awarded and the grade achieved. If this
is not in English, an official translation must also be provided.
2. ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT
A certified true copy of the original itemised transcript.
The transcript must show each subject studied and the pass
or fail result for every year of your study. The codes for the
grades must be included. If the transcript is not in English
an official translation must also be provided. If exemptions
have been given please provide documents relevant to
previous study.
3. SYLLABUS/SUBJECT OUTLINES
A summary of the topics covered in every accounting,
finance, law, economics, statistics and computer
information systems subject listed in your academic
transcript. The syllabus must refer to the period during
which the course was undertaken. If the document includes
other subjects not relevant to your degree, please highlight
those which you actually studied. We are aware of the
difficulties sometimes experienced in obtaining official
syllabus documents. In these cases, you should submit a
Statutory Declaration stating that the syllabus is unavailable
and your own summary of the relevant subjects (typed
please, not hand-written). Subject outlines copied from
other sources will not be accepted.
It is not necessary to submit official translations of the
syllabus. However, translations should be typed, not
handwritten. Failure to provide adequate syllabus detail
may adversely affect the result of your assessment."

So from the last paragraph I understand that I don't need to send any official translations. I have the possibility of obtaining these translations (of the syllabus), right from the faculty. But, I wonder what DIMIA will say, because Booklet 6 says:

"Documents in languages other than English must be accompanied by an English translation completed by a translator accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) or by a translation service that has been approved by the relevant government authority in your country."

CPA I suppose will accept my university's translation. But will the DIMIA?
