Default On the subject of Certifying documents...

Can the notary stamp and sign the back of the copied document if there is no plausible room on the front? Some of our certificates have no suitable place to sign on the front so I just wonder if it would be better to put them on A3 of if the back would suffice?
Cheers!

Hi,

I printed the declaration for my certifiied copies on the *back* of the copies and my solicitor just filled that in and signed it. So I can't see why that wouldn't be acceptable for you.

Hope this helps?

Cheers,
Steve.
