Default Subclass 137 STNI Visa

hi
as i'm trying to go it alone without an agent (STRESSSSSSSSSED!! an stupid i suppose!) does anyone know the FULL cost of a Subclass 137 STNI state nominated Visa application? ...it works out around £750.00 on the current DIMIA fees listing...are there any other hidden charges (wife n kids all UK born n bred) except meds n police checks or is that it?

Cheers

Add to that any costs associated with your skills assessment, certification of copies (varies from NOTHING to EXTORTIONATE!), couriers etc.

Thanks for your reply Marco
I have already had a positive assesment done and my wife got all my docs (certified copies) done at the hospital where she works for nothing!! RESULT i thought.
So it looks like just the £750.00 then?....
I may sound thick here but why have different people had numerous police checks from more than one country?.. is it if you have lived in a country for over a certain time you then need a police check for everyone of them?
Cheers
