Subclass 136 or 137 help

Subclass 136 or 137 help
Can anyone help please?
I lodged 136 application on 11th june, but had also applied for a STNI with SA. SA had applied to DIMIA for approval (I expected this to take weeks for an answer.) SA replied 15 june to say DIMIA have accepted nomination. My problem is this.. SA gave me a month to lodge an application but this would be for a subclass 137 and a letter stating nomination. I cant notify DIMIA of the change without a file reference number and going on timeline that will take a couple of months to come.
As a hairdresser with 120 points (125 from 1st July I believe) on the MODL which is said to now be priority processing, might it just be quicker to stay on a 136 application.
My family want to get to Adelaide ASAP.
