Default Student visa

Hi everyone

I have done a few posts on here and have had some great responses.

I did a WHV last year and despite a failed sonsorship I returned to the uk.

After 6 months I am missing the lifestyle in Australia and have struggled to settled. I know I should have done my three months regional and now I am stuck trying to get a visa back as my visa will run out mid April.

Is there anyone who has gone down the student route?

Any guidance:direction would be great

Thank you

There are and I'm sure someone will be along soon. Be aware that some student visas come with the 'no further stay' condition - and long term you are probably better studying and working in the UK to apply for PR if that's your long term goal - and holidaying in Oz until you can make that a reality
