Student Visa
Hi all
My son finishes his degree course at Birmingham City Uni in May/June 2009 at which time he will be 21 years old. Does anybody know whether he can be included on our Student visa application or does he have to apply in his own right on a different visa?

I honestly don't know, but if he can then I imagine you'll have to show evidence of dependency.
Hopefully one of the RMAs will see this now it's bumped.

I believe he is too old, but you would be best off having a good read through the student visa bit on the immigration website, it has it all in there.
