Default strange...medical are not reached..

hello all

few days back i received email from case officer to submit few docs(medical, pcc, taxation documents). i sent all in 40 days. now when i checked application progress onlines, it is showing pcc and taxation docs received while medical-helth docs still not received.

i checked my courier and it is showing, docs sent to destination.

what to do now? do i need to wait till 60 days(co allocates that time) or need to contact someone(who wll be in this case?).

please help me.

thanks

it is not clear to me when you did your medicals from your post. If you did them a few days ago then you need to be patient, if you did them three months ago then you need to follow up with the medical processing centre.

Thanks for reply

I receved email from CO on 5 August.

I done my pcc and taxation doc by 30 August.

I done my medical on 2 sep.

I send pcc and taxation in pdf file on 5 sep.

usually it takes 4 business working days for medical to reach there from my country - india.

my only concern is that co might come and deny my visa saying we have not received your helth doc.

hope I am clear now.

Thanks

Yes but it needs to be processed in Australia. You need to be patient for a little longer, your timeline is not unusual.

That's not unusual. They don't always update the online form to show that it has been received/processed immediately. Sometimes people get their visas without all the statuses being updated on the form!

I think I sent a PLE after about a month just to make sure it had arrived, and a few days later my meds were acknowledged as having been received on the app.
