Default Staying on after graduation

I`m currently contemplating studying in Australia. I would however like
to emigrate permanently after graduation. Does anyone know my options
and is this dependent on the course studied?

Thanks and good luck.

Hi there,

There are different options, here is the "official" information
http://www.immi.gov.au/students/student-information.htm

There are Migration Occupation Demand List (MODL) courses which if you
study for 2 years allow you to apply for permanernt residency (PR) and
yes it does depend on what you study. We constantly hear from students
who have gone ahead and studied wrong programme e.g. 2 year MBA....so
after spending a lot ofmoney cannot get PR :(

Other options include regional etc. but you may want to get a
consultation with a migration agent.

We at the Australian International Education Centre can assist in
placing you at most universities, all Vocational/TAFE institutes in
Australia.
