Hi guys - just a quick update. All items are now listed as Met on the online forms but still no visa!!! We're now in Australia on a tourist visa and plan a very quick trip over to New Zealand once the visa is finally approved.

Hope you guys are all doing well and fingers crossed more visas will come rolling through soon - mine included!!!!

SS and the latest ASPC update

just wondered if there is a connection with some of the delays and/or lack of response from some of the states regarding sponsorship and the latest ASPC processing update which references that SS may be exhausted.

The following applications are currently being allocated and processed:

1. State or Territory Nominated Applications - once the department has
received and approved a nomination from a State or Territory authority,
processing of the application will usually commence within 10 working days
of that approval.

2. Applications with a nominated occupation on the Critical Skills List
(CSL) - these are being allocated and processed as supplies of State and
Territory Nominated applications are exhausted.
ok that should start a debate, I will now stand back and watch the fireworks
