State sponserships

Hi,

With the new passmark of 115 I fall short by 5 points and I intend to continue with
STNI. (State nominated).

Could someone please direct me to where I can find information on how to proceed with
STNI ? I only know that I have to contact Victoria or South Australian goverment and
see if they can sponser ASCO 2231-17 IT Workers. Could someone instruct me whom to
contact (email addresses) and the exact procedures ?

Is there anyone here who has obtained PR through STNI ?

(DIMA site simply says that one can register with them and propective states or
employers will search the database and offer sponserships, but with the vast pool of
IT applicants, I don't think I will stand a chance in that way.)

Thanks Ranga
