if i am successful with my state sponsership,do i have to stay in that state for 2 years. im just concerened in case i cant get a job or the job i get turns out to be unsuitable. or i find the area im living in to be unsuitable. if i move to a different state ,will my state sponsered visa allow me to work/live in that state.

It's funny actually, but you don't even have to make it to the state if you really don't want to. No one is going to take the visa away from you. I have no idea why SS is a full residency and not a provisional one.
As pointed out, you should apply for 175 if you don't intend to live in the state for the 2 year period. And keep in mind that if you leave the state, the government can change the law allowing the PRs to be taken away from applicants that don't fulfill the requirement. Personally, I wouldn't be lying to the state.

Even though it's one of the requirements the state government has no way to punish you for leaving the state.

Re: STATE SPONSER
All I know is based on the following I received from an official at TAS SS:
"We will monitor those whom we sponsored through regular email survey. There is no clear cut answer regarding absence from the state. "
"If things don’t go well, they tend to go back to the mainland even without completing the two years, and it is difficult for us formally ‘punish’ those who don’t comply the rules."

what happens if you do get ss somewhere and in 12 months ( not a week as i joked about on another thread ) you cant / dont settle there , to move on do you have to get permission ? do you have to apply to another state ? or can you just up and leave and if so are there any consiquences in doing this ?
id just like confirmation on here so i dont make a fatal mistake along with a friend and anyone else unsure.

Re: STATE SPONSER
there must be alot of people asking this question on here and in their own minds and not really knowing the truth. ive asked this Q and been told yeah nothing they can do yet on here no you cant they can withdraw your ss making visa invalid. my friends possible agent ( not mine by the way ) indicated that once you had you could do as ya please ( again as i asked in another thread )

Re: STATE SPONSER
You should live in state that you have been sponsored but it is not a rule! There is no punishment or something else in the laws. More likely it is a ethical thing.
If you cannot find a job or sth else, and you had to move to another country, nothing will happens.
But anyway, don't apply for sponsorship where you wouldn't prefer to live.
