My wife currently fulfills 115 points (she drops 5 because she is 31), which
is 5 short of the 120. Now in theory we could get an extra 5 points IF I
have the relevant assessment.
My history is as follows:
1) I've worked in the IT industry for the past 6 years , and in my current
job for 3 years and 9 months of that.
2) I don't have any formal qualifications, however, I'm currently
undertaking a degree in Computing which I'm 3/5th of the way through. I do
however have enough module points for a Certificate of Higher Education.
Would the ACS take into account modules I have undertaken, along with my
work experience (ASP / HTML / Visual Basic / Network Design)? Is it likely I
would get approved?

Hey Sten.
I don't know enough about ACS, I'm an IT guy too, but went through IEAust. Have a look there, maybe they will acknowledge you. I know they have different criteria than ACS, for better and for worse.
Good luck

Is there any other way you can get the 5 points, eg capital investment?
