Hi All

If my soon to be wife has a tourist visa ( multiple entry ) and visits Australia but
doesn't work after we marry in India, does it predujous her case when applying for a
spousal visa?

Regarding processing times ( which sound ridicuously high ) is it better to apply in
Aus or India?
