Spouce English ECC question

Hi

I have recently been granted PR, and I have chosen and paid for my wife's English requirement.
I have the reciept that my agent provided me,but I am not sure where and how I must register for the classes and also where I can find some answers to some of my questions regarding this matter.

Any help would be much appreciated.
