South Australia Provisional Visa 491
Hi Everyone,
South Australia today have opened 491 visa. I got my positive assessment at Computer Network and System Engineer( code # 263111). My occupation fall at "Special Condition To Apply". It states that
"Proficient English (or Proficient Plus overall); Not available for High Points nomination from 04/07/2019; Not available for Chain Migration nomination from 04/07/2019; Provisional 491 visa only"
I already got the proficient English. I got 85 points(including state sponsor points i.e 15) for 491 visa. I am an offshore application and no job offer in South Australia.
Can anyone tell me what above clause means? can i still apply for 491 visa for South Australia?
