hello ,everyone

I got my visa approval(856 visa) in this afternoon ,but there is only 2 people granted ,one is me(main applicant ),the other is my husband(second applicant).my son is not include in this letter ?what wrong with that?

I rung CO (case officer),he said baby is offshore ,baby is not be able to receive PR.why? I lodged my case after baby 6 months, it should be granted automatical as family member ....

I really confused ...

anyone can help me out ????

You need to tell us more about how it is that the baby can be offshore and parents in Australia.

my parents are looking after my baby in my country,cos my husband and I are working at OZ .that why baby is offshore ,we are onshore.

For an 856 visa all applicants must be onshore at time of grant. You need now to sponsor your child for a Child visa, subclass 101.

Did the child do a medical exam before your 856 was granted? (if not, you may have a problem now).
