Skills Select EOI Application
So, I am a Plumber 334111 from the UK and have my EOI in with Skills Select since March 2019 for 190 and 491 visa types. Since the changes from Nov 2019, I am now sitting at 65 points for 190 visa and 75 points for 491 state/family sponsor visa.
As we are applying without an MARA registered agent at present, my question is this. For the education section in Skills Select, I have listed 'Other qualification or award recognised by assessing authority - NVQ Level 2 in Domestic Plumbing'. When Vetassess assessed my Skills Assessment in Oct 2017, the outcome was 'this OTSR is evidence you have been assessed as competent against units in the Australian vocational education and training (VET) qualification CPS32413 Certificate III in Plumbing'.
So should I put AQF Certificate III in Plumbing instead of 'other qualification or award recognised by assessing authority - NVQ Level 2 in Domestic Plumbing' which I obtained from O.L.C.I Construction Training Ltd? I am reading that the recent WA State Nomination round included people with Diplomas etc. I am concerned that their automated invitation process may not recognise NVQ Level 2 and may EOI has and can be left without being invited. I also appreciate that my points test score isn't very high but I do not wish to jeopardise my chances of being invited by having selected the incorrect dropdown menu which may rank lower than Cert III.
Any help BE community can assist with, I would much appreciate it.

Re: Skills Select EOI Application
Hi Paul,
Many thanks for your reply. I will change the education section to Cert III instead of NVQ Level 2. I appreciate Plumber is not on WA occupation list at the moment. I have also more recently considered other states such as SA and QLD as well. Not sure how I tick these states on my existing EOI as cannot select particular states, or do I create new EOIs for each state/territory?
I am led to believe that Skills Assessment is valid for 3 years only and time is running out on mine in Oct 2020. I really hope I receive an invitation by then (even if it to SA or QLD) on a 491. I appreciate it would be provisional, but I would feel I would be taking a huge step back if I have to re-do a new Skills Assessment for Plumbing, and it would be very costly too. If it is not WA then so be it, as long as it is sunny Australia.

Do is risk not being invited if I have three EOIs for 491S/491F lodged for three states for the same occupation?
