Hello all
I have had a positive skills assessment from ICAA. My question is can I just scan it in and attach is without getting it certified as it has colour letterhead paper and a blue signature. It's just it says "certified" on the evidence to attach part of the IMMA website.

But I applies paper based so am prob not in the best possition to answer.
