Hi,

I have NVQ 2 qualifications plus 13 years experience in my trade.

Im preparing my evidence before I submit my skills to TRA for assessment. However I have one visa agent telling me to have a positive skills assessment you must have JOB Ready program also.

I have spoken to another agent who has told me for the 491 visa I can apply for a migration skills assessment from the U.K. and that is enough.

please help??
