Hi there,
My 120 points worth, 136 BN application was lodged in May 2004 (nothing heard yet apart from an ackn. letter...) but now my situation has somewhat changed.
Does anyone know, whether I can include a spouse in my application at this point? We have a de facto relationship, but have been living together only a few months. So I'm a bit uncertain what sort of proof the Immigration Dept. requests.
Any experiences there?????
Cheers Margot

If I understand you. You are now married but when you applied you weren't.
If you haven't included her in your original visa you better contact DIMIA
ASAP.
