Smile Skilled Ind Visa Grants In Just 3-4 Months???????

Hello Folks

I noticed on www.austimeline.com that qite a few people who have lodged their applications in October '04 have recieved visa grants in Dec/Jan. Are these exceptional cases or have ASPC cut down on their processing times which I assume were approx 12-14 months for skilled ind visa applications?
If ASPC have shortened the processing times this may be great news for a lot of applicants including myself. Does anybody have confirmed info about this?

That seems to be the case!! ....good news for me!! ....I should be submitting my visa application as soon as my TRA is approved, which should happen late March/early April! *fingers crossed*

Bad news for those pre-july applicants though! ....i think a lot of them are still waiting!!!

Hmm.. very quick for BN136. Well mine was at the other end of extreme case - got my visa almost after 2 and 1/2 years. I must say that mine was an unusual case.
For me, it seems like ASPC have granted quite a number of visas prior to Christmas break - from what I saw at austimeline.com

Question Re: Skilled Ind Visa Grants In Just 3-4 Months???????

hi jeeva,

Better for you. In my case, it's more than 2 years and still waiting. I have six months more so that our timeline would be in the same range..
I hope so..

someone has put a comment on the timeline saying that it is a 4 month wait after your meds reach your CO (if I have read their entry correctly). Is this likely?
