You have buckleys chance of getting a job in accounting before you have a visa and even before you get here. The market is very competitive and employers do not need to look overseas for accountants.

I do have positive CPA Assesment, which I got while I was in melbourne.
I had checked with CPA Australia about renewals for previous assesment.
Any ways IELTS is first,

Yes I do have a Bachelors Degree in Commerce.
