Sister inlaw wanting to migrate.
Hey everyone,
We are perm residents and the in-laws are applying for their aged parent visa in a few months which leaves my wife's sisters the only sibling left in the UK. She would really like to move over to Australia with her family, is there any possible way she could move over here as well?
Cheers
Ron

She needs to see whether she qualifies for a visa. Australian Government Department of Immigration and Border Protection is where to start.

First of all, does she have a husband, kids etc that would make her ineligible for last remaining relative visa? (Current processing time at about 50 yrs + but others can correct me if wrong). Does she have a skill on SOL or CSOL?
